Agreement

By purchasing from PNW PC Bro, you agree to these terms in full. These terms govern all sales of products through this website. Please read them carefully before completing a purchase.

Products

All products sold through PNW PC Bro are custom-assembled gaming desktop computers built from brand new components. Specifications for each listing are detailed on the individual product page. It is the buyer's responsibility to review all listed specifications before purchasing. We make every effort to ensure listings are accurate and up to date.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. Prices are subject to change without notice until an order is placed. A flat shipping fee of $150 and a 10% sales tax are applied at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment information.

Shipping

We ship to all 48 continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses. Orders are typically packaged and shipped within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation. Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped. Estimated delivery times vary by carrier and destination. We are not responsible for carrier delays once the package has left our facility.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products pass to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We strongly recommend inspecting the package upon arrival. If the package shows signs of damage in transit, document it immediately with photos before opening and contact us within 48 hours.

Returns

Returns are governed by our Return Policy. All sales are final unless the unit does not function as described. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Warranties & Disclaimers

Each component in our builds is new and sourced from reputable suppliers. However, PNW PC Bro does not provide an express warranty beyond what is offered by the individual component manufacturers. Component manufacturers may offer their own warranties; it is the buyer's responsibility to register and claim those warranties where applicable.

We test every build before shipping, but we cannot guarantee the unit will remain free of defects indefinitely. PNW PC Bro is not liable for any data loss, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

Limitation of Liability

PNW PC Bro's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to a sale shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pierce County, Washington.
