Return Policy

Overview

At PNW PC Bro, every build is assembled from brand new components and thoroughly tested before it leaves our hands. We stand behind our work. Because of that, our return policy is straightforward: if the PC does not function as described, we will make it right. If it works as described, all sales are final.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following condition:

The PC does not power on or function as described in the listing.

This means the unit has a hardware defect, fails to boot, or experiences repeated crashes or failures that render it unusable for its intended purpose.

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Buyer's remorse
  • Performance expectations not met (specs are listed in full — please review before purchase)
  • Damage caused by the buyer after delivery
  • Incompatibility with peripherals not included in the sale
  • Software issues, viruses, or problems caused by user installation of third-party software

Return Window

All eligible return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date as confirmed by the shipping carrier's tracking information. Requests submitted after 14 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us by calling/texting 253-970-6557 or emailing pnwpcbro@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Describe the issue in detail and include photos or video of the problem.
  3. We will review your request within 2 business days and respond with next steps.
  4. If the return is approved, you will be responsible for shipping the unit back to us securely and with tracking.
  5. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned unit, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless we determine the unit was defective due to our error, in which case we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Condition of Returned Units

Returned units must be in the same condition as received. Any signs of physical damage, missing components, or tampering that were not present at the time of delivery may result in a partial refund or denial of the return.
