FAQ

Everything you need to know before buying. Don't see your question? Send me a message.

Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?

No — shipping is available to all 48 continental states only. We cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories at this time.

Can I customize a build?

Yes. Reach out via the contact page or call/text 253-970-6557 and tell me what you're looking for — budget, games you play, any preferences. I can put together a custom build quote for you.

Are the parts really brand new?

Every single component is new. No used parts, no open-box, no refurbs. Every build is assembled from fresh parts and stress-tested before listing.

What is the warranty on a build?

All components carry their manufacturer's warranty. Most PC parts (CPU, GPU, RAM, SSD) are covered for 2–3 years from the manufacturer. If something fails in transit or on arrival, contact me immediately and we'll sort it out.

What if my PC arrives damaged?

Contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. Every build is insured during shipping — I'll work with you to get it resolved.

Do you accept returns?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery only if the PC does not function as described. If the PC works, it is not eligible for return. See the full Return Policy for details.

How long does shipping take?

Typically 5–10 business days depending on your location. All shipments are fully tracked — you'll get a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Can I pick it up locally?

Yes — local pickup is available in Pierce County, WA. Call or text 253-970-6557 to arrange a time.

What payment methods do you accept?

Online purchases go through Stripe — all major credit/debit cards are accepted. For local pickup, we can discuss payment directly.

How do I know the specs are accurate?

Every build is tested and benchmarked before listing. The specs on the listing are exactly what ships. If you want confirmation on a specific part brand, reach out before purchasing.
